Practice mindfulness in your language – Arabic & Greek

“Mindfulness can assist with improving focus, attention and concentration resulting in improved problem solving and coping skills.”

Our friends at St George Mental Health Service in collaboration with Multicultural Health Service have developed audio tracks to use, develop and practie skills in mindfulness.

The audio tracks, developed originally by Dr Russ Harris, are available in two languages: Arabic and Greek, and can be used to improve emotional wellbeing.

“Try to practice these tracks a few times per week, preferably during a quiet time. When you are more confident, you can use mindfulness skills in everyday situations,” is the advice from the resource developers.

“If you have any questions about mindfulness, please speak to your health care professional or contact us.”

You can call South Eastern Sydney Local Health District on 9382 8670 or click here to visit their website.
